Everyone was very professional no matter what team they were in from domestics to consultants. Very comforting - nothing was too much trouble - real care shown.

Oh wow, this is what all hospitals should be like. You can talk immediately to a very helpful receptionist and get an appointment within days. When you arrive you are treated with such friendliness and dignity and immediately offered a drink and biscuits. The nursing staff were just brilliant and always had time to listen and to give me time to recover (and when I didn't do so well, they immediately checked on me and took me back in to continue my treatment). I have never gone to a hospital and enjoyed it before so this was a major eye-opener for me! Part of me even wants to go back!! I could name some of the people there individually but that wouldn't be fair because absolutely everybody works together to make the experience of visiting a total pleasure. Odd to say about a hospital, I guess, but true nonetheless. Five stars just aren't enough.

My experience at this hospital was non other that fantastic. My only criticism is that they sent me home early because the food was marvellous.

New hospital. Most professional caring service from all staff employed there. Highly recommended in every way.
